- Notes: Gray-green erect branches, single or in groups, sometimes flattened, looking like and irregular ridge; oscules usually aligned; surface conulose, especilly towards the tips. Consistency softly spongy, difficult to tear. Spicules oxea with rather blunt ends. It is probably an undescribed species, although being from South Florida, there may be old names available for it.
